HOW CAN I HELP YOU?
Nearly half way through the year already, and it hasn't really been a very productive one for me.
What about you?

I love writing, but I cannot just write about nothing.
It is like conversation.
I like talking and conversing with people, but I cannot make small talk.
I enjoy an in depth conversation about life and all it's magical happenings.

Through my writing and my blog. I hope and would like to think people do actually enjoy reading my blog, and that they are returning to see what I blog about next.
I am a healer, and my primary goal in life is to help as many people as I can in this life time.
Also I would like to teach others about spirituality and living a spiritual life.
It is what I was born to do, this time around. I volunteered to be in service to, and for Mother Earth, to be a care taker along with all the other inhabitants on Earth.

So how can I help you most?
How can I help you find yourself, embrace the whole you.
Have a healthy self-esteem and a strong self worth.
Love yourself and lead the most joyous life you can lead.
Be happy in your own skin, no matter what colour it is.
See yourself as a beautiful, stunning, amazing being, learning to become human.
Acknowledge all those innate, unique talents and abilities we each have, and celebrate our uniqueness.

Learning to become human I know that sounds strange.....learning to evolve. That is what we are here for, we are learning to become comfortable in our own skin. Learning all sorts of lessons and paying back or completing karmic events, so we are able to move on and evolve.
Our lives are unique, but also intermingled. We are all one, we are all connected.
Our collective consciousness is manifesting our lives as we speak, creating not only our own existence, but that of the world around us.
Nothing happens but accident, everything happens for a reason. Most times you know what or how something changed or occurred in your life. But then, there are times when synchronicity plays a part and amazing things happen. And sometimes not so amazing things, depends on how you see it, and you are left wondering WTF!.

Here is a little exercise I would like all of you to do please.
You do not have to be a religious person, just have faith. I do not speak of God or Jesus often. I mostly say Source, meaning the source of all that is. And believe me we all come from Source. Though in this mantra I use the word God.
Please say this mantra to yourself every day, as many times a day as you can, whilst looking at your own eye in a mirror.
I AM Happy, & Healthy and Loved by God and the Universe.

I would like you to be looking in a mirror whilst saying this mantra. Looking straight into your own eyes. And repeat this three times, several times a day.
When this mantra has reached soul level. Your soul will respond by blinking back.
This may be one of the toughest things you will do. You may not be able to hold your own gaze, and look into your own eyes when you say this to yourself. You may find yourself looking everywhere else on your face, or in that mirror, except your own eyes.
Your eyes are the window to your soul, and this is a powerful healing mantra.
Trust and have faith this will work for you. Eventually you will be able to look at yourself and say this mantra and get the blink acknowledgement back in return, know that this is from your own soul. Learning to love and accept yourself for who and what you are, is one of THE most important things we must all learn in this lifetime.

Be kind to yourself, and watch/listen to your own inner dialogue.
Listen to how you speak about yourself.
Do you chastise yourself and call yourself names?
Please stop doing this, even if you are joking.
I used to do it all the time When I stopped, I realised how much negative pre-programming I was feeding myself, therefore fuelling my own insecurities or thoughts about myself. Any negative emotion we direct outwardly, effects us also.

We also get pre-programming of who or what we are supposed to be by other people, the media, and TV.
Disregard ALL of the negative comments, destructive criticism and and bullshit from other people. Turn off the TV, throw away those glossy magazines, and take a look at what real life is really meant to be like.
Many of you will be hurt or offended by someone sometime in your life. Sometimes those hurts will run very, very deeply. Try not to internalise these hurts and the abuse, and then allowing this pattern to continue.
YOU know yourself BETTER than anyone else, so trust yourself and trust those who truly love you and hold your head high.

5 Things you can do to Improve your Self-Esteem.

    1. Personal Hygiene: Take care of your personal appearance by washing your hair regularly, brushing/combing it daily. Clean your teeth twice a day and floss after meals. Wear clean clothes when out in public, at home it is your domain do what you like.
Washed & ironed clothing shows you care about your own appearance.
All these simple things will make you feel better, and increase your self-esteem.

2. Dress for success: No one is more conscious of your physical appearance than you are. When you don't look good, it changes the way you carry yourself, and how you interact with other people. You do not need to spend a lot on clothes.
One great rule to follow is “spend twice as much, buy half as much”.
Rather than buying a lot of cheap clothes, buy a few select better quality items. Items that you can mix and match are ideal.
Better quality clothing will wear out less easily and stay in style longer than cheap clothes. Find things that you like and what suits you.
Do not try to follow trends if you want to have money in the bank.
Following trends will do your head in and send you broke.

3. Stand Tall: Posture and the way we carry ourself reflects how we feel at any given time. By practising good posture, you’ll automatically feel more confident.
Stand tall, shoulders back, head up bottom and belly tucked/sucked in. Smile and make eye-contact with people when you are out in public.
Making eye contact with people is also a safety mechanism.
If you are slouched over, with your head down you can become a target or victim of crime and violence, sad fact but true. Stand tall, stay safe.
When you stand tall and walk quickly, you give the impression of confidence and empowerment. You will make a positive impression on others and instantly feel more alert and increasing your self-esteem.

  1. Exercise: Regular exercise is good for you, and it raises the endorphins in your body. Exercise also helps keep your body functioning. As humans, we are meant to move, we were built to do work and manual labour. Now-a-days we sit on our asses way too much. So find a form of exercise we can do, and that you enjoy and move it, move it. move it. You will feel better, look better and this will increase your self-esteem.

  1. PAY IT FORWARD: Give back to your community. By helping someone less fortunate makes you feel better and the people you are helping. Volunteer somewhere in your community. If you are able bodied and have a lot of time on your hands, offer help to others who are unable to do things for themselves. When you take the focus away from yourself and concentrate on the contribution you are giving to offers, it makes life feel worthwhile for all involved. This too will increase your self esteem.
